Lower Quadrant (B) Course Overview

This intensive two-day course focuses on Mulligan Mobilisations With Movements (MWM) techniques for the lumbar spine, pelvis, hip, knee, ankle, and foot joints. Through lectures, practical application, and case studies, you will deepen your understanding of the Mulligan Concept (MC) and enhance your manual therapy skills.

Course Outline:
• Introduction to the Mulligan Concept (MC): Gain insight into the history, current evidence, and underlying principles of MWM, incorporating pain science and clinical reasoning.
• Evidence-based Techniques: Learn test and treatment techniques for the lumbar spine, pelvis, hip, knee, ankle, and foot. The course also addresses common conditions such as hip impingement syndrome, lower back pain, and other movement-related issues.
• Practical Application: Enjoy hands-on practice of various MWM techniques, including self-treatment strategies for joint motion normalization.
• Case Studies: Real patient video case reports demonstrate the application of MWM techniques, illustrating their indications, contraindications, and effective treatment planning.

By the end of the course, you’ll be equipped with effective, evidence-based manual therapy techniques for the lower quadrant, ready to implement them in your clinical practice to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues.
